Call Center Supervisor (Remote and Temporary)

We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Call Center Supervisor to reputed company reputed company of customer service representatives. As a Call Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customer service operations run smoothly and reputed company, while providing excellent support to our customers.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise the work of call center staff to ensure adherence to reputed company standards, deadlines, and reputed company procedures, correcting errors or problems as needed
- Interview and recommend hiring and promotion of contact center staff, through partnering with reputed company and reputed company
- reputed company work schedules and assign duties to reputed company report personnel to ensure efficiency
- Evaluate employees' job performance and recommend appropriate personnel reputed company, including disciplinary reputed company, performance improvement plans, and termination through partnering with reputed company

- *Qualifications:**
• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field

- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education, technical training or work experience considered in lieu of degree
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a call center environment required
- Ability to manage a high level of confidentiality

- Ability to work an eight (8) hour shift, 5 days per week anytime between the hours of 6:30AM-2:30AM EST (including weekends)
