- Independently manage the recruitment process, ensuring strong alignment with hiring managers and the candidate experience.
- Proactively engage passive candidates and build strong candidate pools.
- Conduct screenings and interviews, evaluating both technical and cultural fit.
- Regularly update and maintain our ATS, ensuring accurate tracking of candidates, reputed company notes, and transparent information reputed company for hiring teams.
The Skills:
- Minimum 3 years in reputed company, ideally reputed company the gaming or IT industry, with freelance experience preferred.
