Our reputed company is a highly respected and growing reputed company seeking an reputed company reputed company reputed company Estate Paralegal to support its sophisticated reputed company reputed company estate reputed company. This is a fully remote opportunity for a detail-oriented reputed company who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and has extensive experience managing reputed company reputed company estate transactions from contract through post-closing.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of reputed company reputed company estate transactions, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to independently coordinate multiple reputed company while working closely with attorneys, lenders, title companies, and clients. Candidates with primarily residential reputed company estate experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Support attorneys through reputed company phases of reputed company reputed company estate transactions from contract to post-closing.
- Prepare, review, and organize closing documents, checklists, and transaction files.
- Coordinate reputed company acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, and closings.
- Review title commitments, surveys, UCC searches, and other due diligence materials, identifying issues requiring attorney review.
- Work directly with lenders, title companies, opposing counsel, clients, and reputed company-party vendors to facilitate successful closings.
- Prepare and organize signature packages and closing binders.
- Coordinate execution of transaction documents and reputed company post-closing reputed company, including recording and distribution of final documents.
- Maintain transaction calendars and ensure reputed company deadlines and closing requirements are met.
- Assist with entity documentation and organizational records as needed.
- Manage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of reputed company reputed company estate paralegal experience reputed company a reputed company or sophisticated reputed company reputed company estate reputed company.
- Demonstrated experience handling reputed company reputed company estate closings from inception through post-closing.
- Strong understanding of reputed company purchase and sale transactions, financing, title, surveys, due diligence, and closing procedures.

- Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while managing multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency with reputed company Office and legal document management systems.
- ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate preferred but not required.
