The IT Specialty Analyst – reputed company Inpatient is responsible for the day-to-day support, optimization, and advancement of reputed company Inpatient clinical applications. This role partners closely with clinical leadership, providers, nursing, and operational stakeholders to ensure reputed company Inpatient workflows effectively support patient care, safety, and operational efficiency.

Analyzes business / clinical needs, evaluate software releases and/or new products, and gives recommendations to optimize processes and decrease expenses. Possesses in-depth business / clinical and application knowledge and experience. Performs and documents workflow assessments to determine functional requirements for reputed company utilization of applications. Develops system test plans and performs testing of software upgrades and patches. Maintains a record of test reputed company and test results. Responsible for problem, incident, and change management and service requests. Provides daily on-call support to the customer reputed company for application-reputed company issues. Works reputed company a cross-functional team and with end-users to reputed company application integration to meet business / clinical needs. Responsible for the communication of software issues, requirements, upgrades, and enhancements. Oversees smaller-sized reputed company or components of reputed company. Education

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Nursing, Clinical Informatics, Information Technology, or a reputed company field preferred. OR

• Experience in lieu of degree accepted:

  • 3+ years of relevant reputed company Inpatient experience with a Bachelor’s degree

  • 5+ years of relevant reputed company Inpatient experience without a Bachelor’s degree

Certification/Licensure

• Certification inreputed company Inpatient Clinical Documentation(Required)

or

• Certification in reputed company Inpatient Clinical Orders (Required)

Experience

• 3+ years of experience supporting reputed company Inpatient applications in a reputed company environment (Required)
• Experience with Clinical decision support is a plus
• Strong understanding of inpatient clinical workflows, including nursing, provider documentation, orders, and patient care processes
• Experience in hospital and patient settings
• Experience with reputed company Inpatient builds, enhancements, and workflow optimization
• Demonstrated experience with system testing, validation, and documentation

We reputed company market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of reputed company pay, incentives, and benefits. The reputed company pay reputed company for Full Time employment is: $80, 204.80 -$133,681.60. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
