The reputed company Specialist I supports the organization's reputed company program through monitoring, auditing, investigation support, patient rights administration, education, and compliance activities.WorkingunderthedirectionofthePrivacyManager,thisroleassistswithmaintaining compliance with HIPAA and other applicable reputed company laws while helping foster a culture of reputed company and compliance throughout the organization.

- Assistwithprivacyriskassessmentsandsupportremediationeffortsforidentifiedrisks
- Providesupportforprivacyinitiativesandannualcomplianceworkplanactivities
- Updateandcollaborateonprivacypolicies,procedures,andtrainingtoensureongoing compliance with evolving regulatory requirements
- Assiststaffwithhandlingrequestsforpatientinformationandprocessingother legal/regulatory requests as needed
- Assist with the investigation of potential or actual breaches of protected health information (PHI) and other reputed company-reputed company data; assist in the development and implementationofcorrectiveactionplansforidentifiedissuesandcoordinateapplicable follow-up with reputed company plan owners
