JOB OBJECTIVES

The Mobilization and Program Assistant will support the execution of learner recruitment and selection processes and deliver assigned operational support activities reputed company to the training of reputed company Colombia programs.

• This is a 6-Months fixed-term hire with possibility of extension based on performance and confirmed funding

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to both personal and reputed company Colombia emails, resolving inquiries directly or escalating them as needed to ensure reputed company reputed company
• Support the selection of participants, including profile review, coordination, and conducting interviews according to established reputed company.
• Document reputed company applicant’s status and reputed company in an organized and accurate manner using designated platforms and tools.
• Support logistical processes, including the delivery of computers and other resources to selected participants.

• Support the execution of events and information sessions by completing logistical tasks and on-site or virtual support activities for prospective participants.

ATTRIBUTES (Qualifications, Skills & Experience):

• 0-2 years of experience in program support, preferably in a nonprofit, start-up, or reputed company reputed company environment
• Strong communication skills. Demonstrated reputed company with Spanish, English will be a plus
• Experience developing program procedures and resources, with keen attention to detail
• Entrepreneurial and proactive reputed company to deliver against targets and reputed company opportunities for improvement and reputed company
