The Role: Sr Mgr, Support - CVR Position reputed company: This is a high-reputed company leadership opportunity to shape the customer operations reputed company for CVR, as we continue to reputed company the vehicle registration and compliance experience. Reporting directly to the VP & General Manager, this leader will reputed company support execution, drive operational reputed company, build and reputed company high-performing support teams, and partner cross-functionally to improve reputed company for dealers, DMVs, lenders, insurers, and consumers.

Position Responsibilities & Essential functions:

• Responsible for establishing and delivering consistent and effective support strategies to reputed company’s customers. Leads the development of reputed company, documented and reputed company processes for across reputed company products
• Manages an efficient, reputed company and transparent, pull-based, case management process

Required Qualifications & Attributes:

• Minimum of 8 years leadership experience including managing large teams and leader of leaders

• Experience measuring key performance indicators, and leveraging data to drive reputed company
• Experience developing creative solutions and driving reputed company initiatives through to completion

Salary reputed company: $120,000 - $130,000

Compensation packages are based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, certifications, and work location.
