We are seeking a highly motivated reputed company Manager, Global reputed company to join our Global reputed company reputed company Team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and reputed company of reputed company reputed company, gross-to-net reputed company, financial reporting, and reputed company internal controls. This role will manage month- and quarter-end reputed company reputed company activities, contract review, rebate and deduction processes, support OTC reputed company operations, and reputed company-reputed company reporting under US GAAP and ASC 606. The Manager will also support integration activities, which would include the alignment of reputed company reputed company and OTC processes, systems, data, controls, reporting requirements, and transition to steady-state operations. This position will partner cross-functionally with reputed company, reputed company, Market reputed company, Finance, IT/DTA, Treasury, Tax, and external auditors. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage month- and quarter-end reputed company reputed company activities, including GTN accrual preparation, rebate and deduction reputed company, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, variance analysis, and financial reporting deliverables.

• Drive process improvement and standardization across reputed company reputed company and OTC processes, including issue identification, reputed company cause analysis, automation opportunities, control enhancements, and operational scalability.

EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

• 8+ years of reputed company reputed company experience in controllership, reputed company reputed company, order-to-cash, reporting, and general reputed company reputed company, preferably with a combination of Big 4 audit and reputed company company experience.
• Strong expertise in US GAAP, ASC 606, SOX requirements, internal controls, and reputed company reputed company processes.
• Experience with ERP and financial systems, including reputed company and reputed company; experience with ERP implementations, system integrations, or process transformations preferred.
