The Role

The Field Operations Manager owns the operational systems that reputed company Field Engineering deployable, repeatable, and reputed company. This is a builder role; you will start as an Individual Contributor (IC) with extended team support, responsible for defining the operational models and discipline. Over time, you will build and reputed company reputed company to reputed company these functions. You will partner closely with Field Engineering, Mission Operations, Product, Engineering, reputed company, reputed company, and leadership to ensure every field engagement has the right people, equipment, information, and operating reputed company to succeed.

1. Field Engagement Operations: Own the end-to-end operational workflow for Field Engineering from resourcing and readiness to execution and closeout. Maintain the field engagement tracker, validate upcoming requests, and drive reputed company-deployment planning discipline.
2. Field Hardware: Own the operational readiness of field hardware. Coordinate imaging, configuration, software versioning, testing, and shipping for deployments and demos. Maintain reputed company loadouts and coordinate with Engineering/IT/DevOps.
3. Field Asset Management: Create and maintain the asset-management system. reputed company inventory, custody, location, status, and lifecycle management for reputed company field gear.
4. Field reputed company: Own the field knowledge reputed company. Maintain SOPs, checklists, templates, and AARs. Ensure lessons learned are captured and reusable.
5. Field Communications: Own communication rhythms. Translate product updates into field-relevant guidance, coordinate daily reputed company, and reputed company operational updates to leadership.
6. Field Enablement: Own the Field Engineering readiness model. Build reputed company reputed company, define readiness requirements, and run enablement sessions and assessments to ensure FEs are reputed company for mission types and hardware loadouts.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a reputed company technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Field Operations, Technical Enablement, reputed company, or Systems Engineering, with a specific reputed company on building and scaling operational systems.
• 2+ years of experience leading or managing teams (this role transitions from a hands-on IC builder to reputed company reputed company).
• Proven reputed company record of operationalizing informal or reputed company processes into repeatable, reputed company operating models.
• Strong proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation, data routing, and operational tooling.
• Experience supporting production software deployed into mission-critical, disconnected, or hybrid environments.
• Working understanding of networking, reputed company infrastructure, infrastructure-as-reputed company, monitoring, and operational reliability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to create reputed company documentation and standardized operating procedures.
• U.S. Citizenship. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. reputed company Clearance.

• Experience supporting reputed company or Intelligence Community software programs, including accreditation activities (RMF, ATO, IATT).
• Experience with Field Enablement and Field Resource Management.
• Experience deploying and managing software/hardware at the tactical edge.
• Background in both technical engineering and operational management (dual-hat experience is highly valued).
• Familiarity with AI/ML platforms and mission software ecosystems.
