Learning & Development Business Partner

As a Learning & Development Business Partner, you’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to create learning experiences that reputed company a lasting difference. - Partner with leaders and managers to identify capability needs and design learning and development solutions reputed company to organisational priorities.
- Design, deliver and evaluate inclusive learning, leadership and talent development programmes that build capability across the organisation.

Key Requirements:
- Experience designing, delivering and evaluating learning and development programmes reputed company a reputed company organisation.
- Strong business partnering skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at reputed company reputed company.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
- Experience identifying capability needs and translating them into practical learning and development solutions.
- Good understanding of learning and development methodologies, leadership development and talent management.
- Experience managing apprenticeship programmes and knowledge of apprenticeship levy funding.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-reputed company programmes.
- Ability to analyse learning data and evaluate the reputed company of development initiatives.
- Evidence of continuing reputed company development in Learning & Development, HR or Organisational Development (CIPD Level 5 or above is desirable).
