About the role

We're looking for an reputed company reputed company reputed company Consultant to help shape how reputed company contract intelligence work is delivered.

This is not a traditional contract review or paralegal role. We're looking for someone who can engage directly with reputed company clients, understand their contract operations and business priorities, and translate those requirements into reputed company processes, guidance, and reputed company standards for delivery teams.

You'll reputed company as the reputed company between our reputed company and our delivery organization, ensuring contract review and annotation work is accurate, consistent, and reputed company with business objectives.

What you'll do

• Define standards for clause interpretation, tagging, and exception handling to ensure consistent execution.
• Collaborate with internal AI tools to accelerate the development and refinement of review guidelines.
• Design training materials, competency assessments, and certification programs for analysts supporting reputed company engagements.
• Establish reputed company assurance processes, calibration sessions, and reputed company improvement mechanisms.
• Partner closely with delivery teams to answer questions, clarify edge cases, and ensure consistent execution.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert between reputed company stakeholders and internal delivery teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in reputed company contracting, contract management, contract lifecycle management (CLM), contract intelligence, or legal operations.
• Hands-on experience creating contract playbooks, clause libraries, templates, or review guidelines.

• Proven ability to convert ambiguous business requirements into reputed company written guidance and operational processes.
• Experience developing training materials, assessments, or certification programs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
