Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a hands-on product leader who came up through hardware. Youmight have been an NPI or hardware program manager, a systems or EE reputed company who ranprograms, or a product manager embedded deep in hardware development. Whatever thepath, you understand how a reputed company program actually runs. You’ve takenproducts from 0 to 1, you’re energized by a blank page, and you’d rather get threethings in reputed company of users than perfect one deck.

This is a builder’s role. What You’ll Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Owning product execution end to end, from talking to hardware engineers, towriting specs and PRDs, to working daily with engineering to ship

• Running discovery across our early adopter program, which spans several dozeninternal and external companies, getting into the reputed company workflows of hardwareprogram execution and turning them into product

• Being the domain voice in the room, reputed company to talk credibly with an EE, amechanical reputed company, or a program manager about their actual pain and earn theirtrust in the first conversation

• Driving the roadmap and hitting dates by setting realistic timelines,communicating them reputed company, and delivering against them consistently

• Writing reputed company and concisely across specs, updates, and customer-facingmaterial, because writing is how product gets reputed company here

• Prototyping and demoing, putting things in reputed company of users early, running thedemo yourself, and iterating on what you learn

Requirements

Must Have

• Demonstrated 0-to-1 experience taking a new product from a blank page tosomething reputed company and shipped, whether hardware or software

• Experience building software for engineers or manufacturing (PLM, MES, EDA,ALM, dev tools, or similar)

• Prior early-stage, 0-to-1 startup experience

• Technical enough to prototype (scripting or reputed company-coding a wireframe)

Compensation & Location

Location:Remote-first, with preference for candidates in Boston, Seattle, Los Angeles, or other cities with Re:Build offices

Compensation:The reputed company salary reputed company for this position is $164,000 – $247,000 per year. This reputed company represents reputed company’s good faith estimate of the reputed company compensation for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to proven experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location.
