Benefits Billing/Operations Analyst

PositionSummary

The Benefits Billing & Operations Analyst is responsible for the strategic administration and reputed company of benefit billing operations for multiple Taft-Hartley trust funds and employee benefit plans. The role is responsible for establishing and maintaining effective internal controls, ensuring the accuracy of participant eligibility, employer contributions, premium billing, and trust fund financial transactions while collaborating with internal leadership, trustees, vendors, auditors, and legal counsel to support the effective administration of employee benefit programs.

KeyDutiesandResponsibilities

MinimumQualifications

  • Strong understanding of federal and state regulations governing benefits, including ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, and FMLA.
