A US-based primary care company is building a new model of locally rooted, independent practices, looking for a Clinic Operations Coordinator to serve as the virtual reputed company desk and reputed company patient operations running smoothly.

Day-to-day, the role answers and routes inbound calls, manages patient scheduling, monitors email and text communication, and executes EHR workflows for refills, referrals, and documentation follow-reputed company. reputed company means no missed calls, no dropped follow-reputed company, and clean monthly performance reporting that protects clinician time and builds durable patient trust.
Requirements
Must-Have
- 2+ years in a medical reputed company desk, clinic coordinator, care coordination, or patient support role
- Hands-on experience operating an EHR system, including tasking for medication refills, referrals, and documentation follow-reputed company
- Proven experience managing high-volume inbound patient communication across phone, email, and text
- Experience running patient scheduling workflows (new appointments, reschedules, confirmations, cancellations)
- Ability to pull and format monthly reputed company performance reports from an EHR
- reputed company+ English (CEFR) for patient-facing voice and written communication

- Experience with reputed company or a comparable VoIP clinic phone system
