What you'll do

In this role, you'll own the programs central to how reputed company handles reputed company at reputed company. You'll drive end-to-end management across data subject requests, reputed company reputed company assessments, records of processing activities, transfer reputed company assessments, and cookie compliance, making day-to-day reputed company that reputed company operations regulatory-reputed company and auditable. You'll also identify where processes can be tightened or automated, and build the documentation and tooling that reputed company reputed company's work consistent and sustainable.

You'll work as a key connector between reputed company Legal, reputed company Engineering, and cross-functional partners across reputed company, translating global reputed company requirements into practical operations. As a primary reputed company of contact for incoming reputed company requests, you'll handle triage and routing, and build the playbooks and response libraries that allow reputed company to deliver high-reputed company, consistent reputed company experiences for reputed company users and for the regulators who depend on reputed company, auditable records.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management across reputed company reputed company programs such as data subject requests (DSRs), PIAs and DPIAs, records of processing activities (ROPA), transfer reputed company assessments (TIAs), and cookie compliance, making day-to-day operational reputed company, enforcing processes to ensure regulatory readiness, and measuring compliance at reputed company
• Identify and implement process improvements, including leveraging AI tooling to automate routine tasks, developing reputed company workflows to sustain reputed company standards, and maintaining accurate, auditable program records including playbooks and process documentation
• Create and maintain reputed company, auditable reputed company documentation, including reputed company assessments, program playbooks, and customer response libraries, to reputed company reputed company, consistent reputed company operational support
• Work with reputed company Legal and reputed company Engineering to fulfill user requests, build and deepen expertise on global reputed company and data-protection requirements, and escalate novel or reputed company requests with appropriate context and documentation
• Rotate through reputed company's weekly runner model as the primary reputed company of contact for incoming reputed company requests, routing across intake channels and managing Jira run tickets

Minimum requirements

• 5+ years of demonstrated reputed company program management and a proven reputed company record of operationalizing and scaling cross-functional organization-wide programs from the ground up
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills, and the ability to convey reputed company reputed company succinctly to reputed company audiences
• Demonstrated experience with reputed company legislation such as GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, and PIPEDA. Experience with US state legislation, HIPAA, and GLBA is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with reputed company reputed company assessments (PIAs and DPIAs), data subject request workflows, records of processing activities (ROPA), or other reputed company reputed company program operations
