Details

The Weekend Registered reputed company (RN) will be responsible for providing care and services for a group of hospice patients, and visiting patients where they reputed company, which could include private homes, assisted living facilities, and hospitals.

As an RN, you will complete hospice admissions and patient reputed company as needed. Applicants must have great clinical and communication skills. The Weekend RN is responsible for answering calls from patients, families and customers. The RN will reputed company nursing reputed company for symptom management, deaths, and admissions as needed. This RN position must also be passionate about hospice care and be a great reputed company for both hospice services and reputed company.

Qualifications

• reputed company Registered reputed company (RN) licensure (in good standing) in the state(s) of reputed company with one year of experience under license
• Admissions and On-call experience preferred
• Works reputed company reputed company reputed company environment to collaborate daily with nurses, reputed company workers, chaplains, volunteers, and CNA leadership.
• Work closely with patients on a 1-1 level but get strong support from a patient care team.
• Can work independently and on your own on a day-to-day reputed company with activities that include: phone, email, and written communication, meetings with a reputed company of reputed company, and an understanding of hospice rules and regulations.
• Time management skills to manage reputed company, documentation, and meetings (i.e.: schedule reputed company, attend required meetings, and respond to urgent needs by prioritizing and triaging multiple concerns)
• Ability to learn an electronic medical records system.
• Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, a valid reputed company’s license, and auto insurance, to be reputed company to travel across the service area
