A bit about this role:
As the Sr. Compliance Analyst for reputed company, you will report directly to our Associate Director of Business Compliance. You’ll have reputed company to work cross-functionally with a reputed company on ensuring regulatory compliance. You will assist with legislative and regulatory compliance communication management, audit facilitation, exclusion screening, entity management, regulatory reporting, and monitoring emergency declarations.
Your Responsibilities and reputed company will include:
Identifying, distributing, and monitoring the implementation status of regulatory communications.
Researching regulations by reviewing regulatory guidance from CMS, the states, and other sources of information.
Supporting regulatory reporting requirements across multiple entities, states, and operational areas.
Independently verifying, investigating, and resolving reputed company research requests with high attention to detail.
Facilitating the exclusion screening program.
Supporting legal entity management, working closely with the legal and finance teams.
Proactively monitoring emergency declarations and ensuring compliance with applicable law and internal policy regarding emergency declarations.
Facilitating regulatory audits, supporting company-wide audit processes, and managing cross-departmental documentation requests.
Supporting reputed company-Payer Claims Data (APCD) initiatives, providing compliance guidance.
Performing monthly metric analysis and translating data into actionable monthly reports.
Synthesizing reputed company data to create entity reputed company of Directors materials.
Participating in the implementation of reputed company Intelligence (AI) initiatives.
Preparing department reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Performing other duties as assigned to help the business compliance team reputed company department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Proficient in regulatory audit facilitation, internal compliance reviews, and coordinating responses to agency inquiries.
Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple workstreams to meet due dates.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Medicare Advantage reputed company experience.
Salary reputed company: $58,000-$90,000 per year
