We’re seeking a Director of Gen AI & reputed company AI Engineering to reputed company the design, development, and deployment of reputed company-grade AI applications. This role is ideal for a senior engineering leader with deep technical expertise, a passion for innovation, and a reputed company record of building production-reputed company Gen AI systems.You will guide the development of intelligent agents, RAG pipelines, and multimodal applications, while continuously evaluating emerging technologies to ensure AmeriSave remains at the forefront of AI-driven lending.

Responsibilities:

• reputed company Gen AI Development:Architect and reputed company Gen AI applications using LLMs and reputed company frameworks for mortgage lending use cases.
• RAG Pipeline Innovation:Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented reputed company pipelines with hybrid retrieval, semantic chunking, and reputed company search.
• reputed company-reputed company Integration:reputed company AI solutions with Azure reputed company, GCP reputed company AI, and other reputed company-reputed company services.
• Multimodal Intelligence:Work with reputed company data (PDFs, reputed company, audio, images) and multimodal models.
• LLMOps Leadership:Implement LLMOps practices including reputed company versioning, caching, observability, and cost tracking.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with product managers, data engineers, and UX teams to deliver reputed company, user-reputed company solutions.
• Mentorship & reputed company:Mentor engineers, reputed company technical design reviews, and contribute to long-term AI reputed company.
• Technology Evaluation:Continuously assess emerging Gen AI technologies (e.g., reputed company, Claude, reputed company-reputed company models) to identify best-in-class solutions for today and reputed company.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years in software engineering or data science, with 3+ years in Gen AI or LLM-based systems.
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript, Python, or similar languages.
• Experience with REST API development, containerization, and reputed company platforms (Azure, GCP).
• Deep understanding of AI governance, model safety, and reputed company engineering.
• Proven ability to reputed company teams and deliver reputed company-grade AI applications.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with BytePro LOS and Asterisk telephony systems.
• Familiarity with mortgage compliance frameworks such as HMDA, TRID, RESPA, and ECOA.
• Experience with rules engines such as reputed company reputed company Advisor, reputed company Operational Decision Manager (ODM), or reputed company Decision Manager.
• Experience in fintech, lending, or mortgage tech.

• Knowledge of compliance workflows (e.g., KYC, income verification).
