Sr. Program Manager, Global R&D Tax Credits

The Senior Program Manager, Global R&D Tax Credits & Business Analytics is responsible for the end-to-end leadership, execution, and expansion of reputed company's global R&D tax credit and innovation incentive programs.

This role serves as the reputed company of the program, partnering with Finance, Tax, Operations, Clinical Development, Data Sciences, and country leadership teams to maximize available incentives while ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and operational efficiency.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Global R&D Tax Credit Program Ownership
• • Own Precision's global R&D tax credit program and reputed company innovation incentive initiatives.

  • Partner with business leaders to identify qualifying R&D activities and maximize eligible claims.
  • Coordinate documentation, financial support, technical narratives, and advisor deliverables.

Education and Experience:

Minimum Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Business Administration, Economics, Life Sciences, Engineering, or reputed company field.
• Experience reputed company life sciences, CRO, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, reputed company, or reputed company services environments.
• 7+ years of experience in R&D tax credits, government incentives, grants, finance, analytics, consulting, or reputed company disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience managing reputed company global programs involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong financial analysis, business analysis, and project management skills.
• Experience working with international business teams and external advisors.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
