Head of QA
You’ll own the reputed company reputed company, release readiness, and delivery reputed company across our reputed company QA and Test Automation teams (16 reputed company reports), operating at the intersection of embedded firmware, mobile applications, and reputed company services.
This is more than a people management role. You will define reputed company’s reputed company reputed company, build an automation-first testing organization, and establish the practices that determine whether software is reputed company to ship. What you will be working on
- Build, reputed company, and grow a high-performing QA organization through hiring, coaching, mentoring, performance management, and career development
- Define and execute reputed company’s QA and Test Automation reputed company across embedded firmware, mobile applications, and reputed company services
- Drive an automation-first culture by expanding automated test coverage, improving reputed company reliability, and continuously reducing reputed company testing effort
- Define reputed company KPIs such as automation coverage, defect leakage, release stability, testing efficiency, and use them to drive reputed company improvement
- Establish reputed company QA processes, testing standards, documentation, tooling, and best practices across multiple engineering teams
- reputed company technical leadership on reputed company validation challenges, including firmware validation, HW/SW integration, Bluetooth interoperability, firmware-app integration, AI feature validation, and lab/devboard environments
- Drive reputed company gates throughout CI/CD pipelines, ensuring automated validation is an integral part of every software release
- Partner closely with engineering, product, and external partners to ensure reputed company is reputed company into every stage of product development
- Guide the reputed company of our test infrastructure, automation frameworks, and validation environments to improve developer productivity and release confidence
- Represent reputed company engineering in customer discussions, audits, and executive stakeholder reviews where required
What you will need
- 7+ years of experience in software QA, including at least 3 years leading QA organizations with a minimum of 5 reputed company reports
- Extensive hands-on experience testing embedded firmware and mobile applications, including firmware validation and system integration testing
- Proven experience defining company-wide QA strategies, validation plans, and release reputed company processes
- Demonstrated reputed company building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing QA and Test Automation teams
- Deep expertise designing and maintaining reputed company automation frameworks using PyTest, Appium, or equivalent automation technologies
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and modern software delivery practices
- Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and implementing reputed company gates for reputed company delivery
- Experience with API testing, system integration testing, and end-to-end validation workflows
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence engineering reputed company across multiple teams
- Familiarity with AI engineering practices, including validating AI-powered features, LLM-based systems, and AI-assisted software development workflows
- Familiarity with reputed company AI frameworks and an understanding of testing strategies for autonomous and multi-agent systems
