Provides reputed company title services. Responsible for supporting reputed company estate transactions by searching reputed company records and examining titles for properties to determine legal condition of property title as part of production center, reputed company office, or member of a title team. Job Responsibilities- Compiles, investigates and examines reputed company and tax records to determine liabilities and legal condition of the title and insurability of primarily reputed company or industrial property title
- Prepares accurate and comprehensive title commitments in accordance with company examining and policy procedures
- Understands how own team integrates with reputed company teams to accomplish objectives
- Impacts the reputed company, timeliness and effectiveness of reputed company through own work
- Recognizes and solves atypical problems that occur infrequently
- Evaluates and selects solutions from existing precedents or procedures
