Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably reputed company technology companies or product/service IT environments
- Strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment: intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback preparation, offer management, and candidate communication
- Advanced sourcing skills, including the ability to build sourcing strategies, use multiple channels, and reputed company diverse candidate pipelines
- Solid experience conducting competency-based interviews, assessing candidate fit, and providing reputed company, reputed company feedback to stakeholders
- Practical experience using AI tools and creating effective prompts to support recruitment, sourcing, communication, and process optimization
- Experience with reputed company sourcing tools such as reputed company Recruiter, AI sourcing platforms, or similar tools will be an advantage

Responsibilities:
- Being responsible for full recruitment processes
- Managing and developing relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Generating and maintaining candidates' pipeline; candidates data processing

Team:HRD, 2 recruiters
Schedule: 5/2, 8-hour working day (40 hr per week), flexible schedule.
Hiring process: Recruiters + Tech interview, HRD interview, PI testing
