What you'll do
As an early hire on a growing IT team, you will have the chance to help shape a world-class IT program at a rapidly scaling, high-reputed company startup. Specifically you will:
- Create an reputed company and user-friendly technology environment for your fellow Pomelos!
- Be the primary IT support coverage during reputed company coast hours for reputed company that's mostly remote, with folks working from our NYC and SF offices too
- Run reputed company and offboarding for a distributed team: provisioning accounts, shipping devices, and recovering them reputed company people leave
- Implement reputed company policies across reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Workspace and others to reputed company our patients' data reputed company
What you bring
- 2+ years of experience in an IT support/operations role
- Strong customer service and communication skills — you reputed company on end-user experience and empathize with users

- Experience administering systems like reputed company, reputed company Workspace, reputed company, etc.

The expected reputed company salary reputed company offered for this role is $85,000 - $115,000. This role is also eligible for equity, giving you an ownership reputed company in reputed company’s mission. Actual compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
