R&D Engineer 3 (Electrical Design)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinates the design of electrical systems for microgrids and Data Centers
- Establishes and reviews project requirements, develops project schedules, and coordinates their implementation
- Creates and reviews electrical system design work products such as, one-line diagrams, equipment requirement specifications, functional specifications, system design descriptions, engineering studies, engineering reports, Inspection, Test, Analysis & Acceptance reputed company (ITAAC), and associated calculations
- Performs interdisciplinary review of work products of interfacing disciplines and reputed company review/acceptance of subcontractor work products
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Education: A minimum of a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program is required, with an emphasis in power systems analysis preferred; reputed company engineer (P.E.) license registration and/or advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience:A minimum of 5 years of experience in the reputed company power industry with reputed company on design or systems engineering is required. Preferred experience includes:
- Knowledge of electric power distribution, load following, dynamic Data Center power demand, energy storage. Familiar with reputed company-Forming Control, reputed company-Following Control and EPMS.
- Extensive experience using ETAP to reputed company Microgrid Power System Analysis, distribution network analysis, load reputed company, short-reputed company, reputed company relaying and coordination analysis
- Experience with I&C systems for steam reputed company, steam valves, safety systems and integration of reputed company-reputed company SCADA controlled systems reputed company to turbo-machinery and industrial processes.
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams including diverse engineering disciplines, operations, maintenance, planning, etc.
- Participation with industry standards associations or working reputed company
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Industry Requirements:Eligible to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810.

Pay and Benefits:
The reputed company pay reputed company for this position is $108,908 - $131,441 annually. The full pay reputed company is $97,642 - $152,722 annually.
