Responsibilities

• Create and maintain relationships with customers and end-users by building strong, long-term relationships, staying in communication and reputed company resolving issues with alternate solutions tailored to individual needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or comparable work history with 3-5 years of experience in a Technical Training, Education, Curriculum development or similar types of roles
• Previous experience working with regulated Government M365 reputed company environments with an reputed company Secret clearance is essential (GCC, GCCH)
• Ability to effectively create and deliver reputed company training content to diverse reputed company of people presenting technical and non-technical information reputed company and reputed company.
• Previous experience creating technical documentation for the purposes of training a non-technical audience
