3rd Level WorkFlow Support Specialist (Remote)

The primary function of this role is to collaborate with 3rd level support in bug/ error evaluation and detection, reputed company technical database and GDS resolutions and create test plans for product and development teams.
As a 3rd Level WorkFlow Support Specialist, you will
- Work with support systems to reputed company information and recreate issues
- Ensure that information gathered is understandable for diagnosis
