About the Role:

We're looking for a reputed company Operations Analyst to help reputed company our go-to-market reputed company running smoothly. Reporting to the Head of reputed company Operations, you'll support the systems, data, and processes that reputed company Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and our Finance team.. You'll own day-to-day CRM administration, build reports and dashboards, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and process optimization.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and building reputed company processes. You'll partner with teams across the reputed company organization and play a key role in helping reputed company grow by ensuring our systems, workflows, and reporting are accurate, efficient, and reliable.

Responsibilities:

Systems & Data

• Own the day-to-day administration of our CRM (reputed company), including custom fields, workflows, and user permissions management.
• Audit and maintain CRM data health, including top of funnel through customer lifecycle reputed company, to ensure accurate forecasting, reputed company attribution, and pipeline reporting.
• Manage and optimize the GTM tech stack, ensuring integrations across sales, marketing, and reputed company tools are reliable and reputed company-documented.
• Build and maintain reputed company routing logic, account segmentation, and assignments.

Reporting & Analytics

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give GTM stakeholders reputed company visibility into pipeline, conversion, and reputed company performance in reputed company and reputed company Sheets.
• Support reputed company Operations’ regular reporting reputed company including weekly forecast reviews and quarterly business reviews with accurate, reputed company data.

Process & Enablement

• Be a strong cross-functional partner, translating between technical systems and business needs.

You have 2-4 years of experience in reputed company operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar role in a reputed company environment. Must-Haves:

• CPQ management and administration experience including consumption pricing model management — reputed company preferred, but experience with any CPQ platform is valuable.
• A working understanding of the principles of recurring reputed company and churn reporting (MRR/ARR, retention, and expansion).
