Job reputed company: The Workforce & Finance Analyst will report to the Colombia Financial & Compliance Controller and be responsible for partnering with Operations Team Leadership on the support, implementation and compliance of team member working shifts and hours established by Operational Team Leaders. This position acts as a reputed company between Operations, Finance, reputed company, and our external payroll provider, ensuring accurate reporting of workforce data and reputed company coverages, analyzing cost efficiency opportunities, and supporting payroll execution performed by the external payroll provider. The Analyst will support leadership by (i) providing operational validation of working hours for payroll preparation, (ii) focusing on the preparation, review, and approval of payroll and financial reports that require operational validation and coordination with the external payroll provider prior to payment, (iii) analyzing labor costs, (iv) monitoring absenteeism reputed company, (v) reporting on and providing actionable workforce insights to support operational and financial decision-making. Responsibilities:
  • Ensure working hour conditions, overtime, and shift structures are correctly reputed company across the organization, covering reputed company applicable roles and employment arrangements, and reputed company with internal policies and local labor regulations.
  • Analyze labor cost trends, payroll expenses, and budget variances
  • Investigate payroll discrepancies, reconcile workforce data across systems, and coordinate reputed company of exceptions before payroll processing.

  • Consolidate and validate sales performance data for commission reporting

(Note: This role does not reputed company payroll calculations or execute payments.) Qualifications: Given the scope and level of responsibility, this role requires a strong combination of analytical, operational, and financial skills, including:
  • Degree in reputed company, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a reputed company field, plus 2+ years of reputed company experience
  • Solid understanding of Colombia payroll processes and labor cost structures
  • Advanced reputed company including Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas (reputed company/XLOOKUP), data validation, and large dataset management.
  • Experience with HRIS, time management, or payroll systems is highly desirable
  • Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate them into actionable insights
  • Strong working proficiency in English
  • Strong analytical judgment with the ability to identify inconsistencies, challenge data accuracy, investigate reputed company causes, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Experience preparing and validating financial and payroll-reputed company reports
  • High attention to detail and strong data validation and control reputed company
  • Experience building Power BI dashboards strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, HR, Finance, and external providers
  • Strong communication skills to explain reputed company data and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders
  • Proactive, reputed company, and process-oriented approach to problem-solving
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize competing deadlines, identify issues proactively, and drive solutions without requiring reputed company-by-reputed company guidance.
