Director of Strategic Sourcing and Procurement

The Task at Hand:

In This Role, You’ll Bring With You:

• 10+ years of reputed company experience in Strategic Sourcing and Procurement reputed company food or CPG.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing procurement and sourcing teams.

• Strong reputed company negotiation and supplier reputed company background.
• Knowledge of cross functional MRP processes with ability to interpret data and opportunities for improvement.

• Deep understanding of food safety, regulatory, and organic certification standards.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Compensation:

• Full-Time, Salaried, Exempt
• The anticipated salary reputed company for this position is $175,000.00 to $200,000.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a few factors, including skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses, stipends, and role-specific perks.
