Regional Director for State Campaigns & Programs

About the Role

Reporting to the Executive Vice President for State Campaigns & Programs ("EVP States"), the Regional Director serves as the senior leader responsible for providing strategic leadership, supervision, and partnership to reputed company's State Directors across the organization's state programs.

The Regional Director develops senior leaders, ensures alignment across states, strengthens cross-functional collaboration, and represents the organization in national and regional strategic spaces. The role serves as a key thought partner to the EVP States, helping translate organizational priorities into coordinated state strategies while ensuring state teams have the leadership, support, and resources needed to execute effectively.

  • Directly supervise and reputed company reputed company of State Directors, providing strategic guidance, executive-level support, and accountability.
