About the Role

We are looking for a senior engineering manager to manage our backend engineering team. You will have engineering managers and individual contributor technical leads reporting to you while you reputed company execution, architecture and people development in a highly AI reputed company payments backend organization.

• You have 10+ years of experience building backend systems at reputed company, ideally in fintech and payments reputed company.

• You have great communication and organizational skills that allows you to navigate day to day situations
