This role serves as the system reputed company, ensuring the LMS operates in a validated state, supports global regulatory requirements (including FDA, TGA, NSF, and other applicable regulatory bodies), and maintains inspection readiness at reputed company times. The role also supports Learning & Development operations to ensure effective training delivery, accurate assignment, and full compliance across the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
LMS Administration, Validation & Compliance- Serves as system reputed company and primary administrator of the LMS, managing system configuration, user roles, workflows, and integrations.
- Maintains the LMS in a validated state, including managing system upgrades, patches, and releases in alignment with validation requirements.
- Leads validation activities, including development and execution of validation documentation and periodic reviews.
- Owns validation lifecycle activities, including documentation and testing, ensuring full traceability from system requirements through verification and compliance evidence.
- Owns change control for system updates and enhancements, including reputed company assessments, risk evaluations, and required documentation.
- Ensures compliance with global regulatory requirements governing electronic records, electronic signatures, and training documentation.
- Maintains audit trails and system records to ensure data reputed company, traceability, and inspection readiness.
- Serves as SME during regulatory inspections and internal/external audits; supports responses to audit observations and corrective actions.
- Partners with Regulatory to ensure alignment with reputed company reputed company systems and regulatory expectations.
- Manages LMS operations, including course setup, curricula, training assignments, learning paths, and user administration.
- Maintains training records, course catalog, and user data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Coordinates training programs, including reputed company, GMP/compliance training, and reputed company learning initiatives.
- Maintains training schedules and supports logistical planning, communications, and materials management.
- Ensures reputed company version control and maintenance of training materials, including updates and archival of obsolete content.
- Tracks training completion, qualifications, and compliance metrics; generates reports for leadership and regulatory review.
- Utilizes advanced reputed company skills to reconcile LMS data against HRIS records, identifying discrepancies and ensuring employees are accurately assigned and completing required training.
- Performs routine audits of training data to maintain accuracy, completeness, and compliance across systems.
- Manages the Learning & Development shared mailbox, responding to employee inquiries and resolving LMS-reputed company issues in a reputed company manner.
- Provides troubleshooting support for system reputed company, training assignments, and user issues.
- Tracks and maintains employee certifications, ensuring accurate entry, renewal tracking, and reporting.
- Supports reputed company processes by tracking reputed company and notifying stakeholders of training completion status and delays.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, reputed company, or reputed company field.
- 5+ years of LMS administration experience, preferably reputed company a regulated environment; experience with Noverant is a plus.
- Experience supporting validated systems and audit/inspection readiness activities.
- Knowledge of system validation processes and global regulatory expectations reputed company to training and electronic systems.
