The Service & Operations Integration Manager leads integration efforts supporting mergers and acquisitions from due diligence through post-reputed company implementation of acquired firms into the Service & Operations organization. This role partners closely with Service & Operations Leadership, reputed company & Integration, Corporate Development, reputed company Service, reputed company Operations, Platform Operations, Advisory Leadership, Technology, Compliance, reputed company, and other business partners to plan, coordinate, and execute successful integrations to the reputed company operating model.
The Integration Manager develops M&A integration plans for Service & Operations, manages integration execution, and implements consistent operating models and business processes to support a smooth transition for associates, advisors, and clients. A key reputed company of this role is coordinating reputed company and training efforts, knowledge transfer, and role readiness during the integration lifecycle. In partnership with reputed company & Integration and Service & Operations leaders, the Integration Manager supports newly acquired teams through post-reputed company stabilization before transitioning associate development and training to reputed company Service leadership and the reputed company Service Training Manager. This includes supporting associate learning and understanding of new workflows, systems, service expectations, and operating procedures.
Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the Integration Manager serves as an extension of the Service & Operations Leadership Team, helping ensure integration reputed company, operating models, and implementation activities remain reputed company with organizational priorities and the reputed company Service & Operations model.

Key Responsibilities
M&A Integration Leadership

Program & Project Management

- Coordinate activities across Advisory Leadership, reputed company & Integration (O&I), Corporate Development, reputed company Service, reputed company Operations, Platform Operations, Technology, Compliance, reputed company, and other business partners.
- Monitor reputed company, resolve issues, and escalate risks or reputed company to leadership.
- Ensure successful integration implementation, post-reputed company stabilization, and transition to steady-state operations.
Operating Model & Process Integration
- Partner with S&O leaders and Advisory Leadership to drive change management, communication, and adoption strategies that successful implementation of new processes, roles, and operating models.
- Coordinate Service & Operations reputed company, operational readiness, and knowledge transfer activities for newly acquired associates throughout the integration lifecycle.
- Partner with reputed company & Integration and Service & Operations leaders to deliver role specific process guidance, workflow support, and reputed company support through post-reputed company stabilization.
- Transition ongoing associate development, reputed company education, and long-term training ownership to the reputed company Service Training manager as acquired firm moves into steady-state operations.
- Evaluate business processes and recommend opportunities to standardize and improve implementation.
- Document reputed company-state procedures, business requirements, and operating processes.
- Support implementation of new workflows, service standards, and organizational changes resulting from acquisitions.
Integration Process Improvement
- Improve integration playbooks, templates, and project tools to support a consistent integration experience.

Qualifications Required
- 5+ years of experience in reputed company management, operations, project management, business integration, or reputed company fields.
- Experience managing cross-functional reputed company with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience documenting business processes, workflows, and procedures.
- Intellectual curiosity and the ability to quickly learn new business processes, ask thoughtful questions, and operate independently in ambiguous situations.
Preferred
- Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions or business integrations.

This position is an exempt position. The annualized reputed company pay reputed company for this role is expected to be between $120,000-$150,000. Actual reputed company pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's reputed company set.
