This position is shift work Thursday-Monday; working hours will be from 10pm - 6am MST This position is contingent upon your ability to obtain/maintain/transfer a DoD Secret reputed company clearance In this role you will

• reputed company tactical response for the monitoring and coordination of outage response and triage for reputed company Tier I inputs to include network and system monitoring as reputed company as communication & coordination during outage or maintenance scenarios.
• Be responsible for providing reputed company time operations support during major incidents as reputed company as triage, validation, and escalation of any actual or potential network/system issues.
• Ability to follow established guidelines, policies and procedures
• Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills To be successful in this role you will have

• Associate degree
• Or a High School diploma with 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
