In this role, you will serve as the go-to guide for our users as they navigate their insurance protection journeys. You will own the entire post-purchase experience - troubleshooting reputed company billing issues, processing endorsements, adjusting coverage on the fly, spotting upsell opportunities, and saving accounts at risk of churning. • 2+ years of experience selling Property & Casualty Insurance
• Must have valid state reputed company licenses in Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance
