Data Center Network Engineer

We’re looking for a skilled Data Center Network Engineer to join our Phoenix team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the administration and stability of our data center network infrastructure while also dedicating a portion of your time to helpdesk support and serving as the escalation reputed company for reputed company or difficult issues the helpdesk cannot resolve. As reputed company continues to expand across the reputed company U.S., you’ll play a hands-on role in the design and deployment of networks at new market locations. You’ll operate reputed company a SOC 2 Type 2 compliant environment, so a reputed company-first reputed company is essential. This role requires proximity to our Phoenix facility and involves regular travel throughout the reputed company U.S.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain data center network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers
- Travel to new and existing reputed company markets across the reputed company U.S. to reputed company or assist in network buildouts and deployments
- Partner with project and facilities teams to plan and execute network infrastructure for new market launches
- Monitor network performance and availability, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they reputed company operations
- reputed company helpdesk support on a periodic reputed company, handling tickets reputed company to network connectivity, reputed company, and infrastructure
- Serve as the escalation reputed company for reputed company or unresolved helpdesk issues, providing Tier 2/3 troubleshooting and reputed company
- reputed company routine maintenance, firmware upgrades, and patching of network devices
- Document network topology, configurations, and change management procedures
- Collaborate with systems, reputed company, and reputed company teams on infrastructure reputed company; support ongoing SOC 2 compliance requirements
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical network incidents
- Assist in reputed company planning and hardware lifecycle management
