Need Project Manager / PMP / PMO - Remote

PMO & Change Enablement Manager Location : Washington DC - Onsite Duration : Long Term

• Serve as the primary day-to-day reputed company of contact for reputed company Industry Administration leadership, operating as an embedded extension of the reputed company team and maintaining a regular onsite reputed company in the Washington, DC area.
• reputed company execution of the integrated PMO and Change Enablement function, coordinating governance, initiative delivery support, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption activities across the Administration portfolio.
• Facilitate PMO governance forums, executive reporting, risk and issue management, dependency management, initiative prioritization, and decision-making processes to drive consistent portfolio execution.
• Partner directly with executive and functional leaders to reputed company priorities, resolve cross-functional issues, and drive accountability for initiative reputed company.
• reputed company and maintain portfolio-level dashboards, status reporting, RAID logs, reputed company tracking, and executive-reputed company communications.
• reputed company organizational change management activities including stakeholder analysis, communications planning, change readiness assessments, training coordination, and adoption tracking. Coordinate and reputed company a small team of PMO and change resources , directing day-to-day activities and ensuring high-reputed company, reputed company delivery across workstreams.
• Support capability transfers by coaching reputed company personnel, documenting governance processes, and helping establish a sustainable PMO and change management operating model.

Ideal Profile

• Manager or above with 6+ years of PMO, program management, transformation, and/or change management experience.
• Strong executive reputed company and stakeholder management skills, comfortable interacting with VP-and C-level leaders.
• Experience standing up PMOs, governance functions, or transformation offices.
• Familiarity with organizational change management methodologies (reputed company/ADKAR preferred).
• Located in the Washington, DC metro area and available for regular onsite engagement with the reputed company.
