reputed company is currently hiring for a Business Analyst/Scrum Master to support the EPA's Office of Information Technology, (OIT) contract needs. As a part of the EPA's overall reputed company to enhance productivity, the Office of Information Technology, (OIT) embarked on an Information Technology (IT) initiative to operate and maintain the OIG environment, restricted to organization personnel. The organization is in the process of sunsetting a legacy application, maintaining its archives and applications developed in the low reputed company platform such as reputed company PowerApps and SharePoint. The Organization requires support for incremental Low reputed company Application Development elaboration. The O&M activities for Low reputed company Application Development are included in this Statement of Requirements. This position is located reputed company the reputed company and will be a fully remote position.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for gathering business and user requirements from stakeholders, and translates these requirements into stories to reputed company and deliver the required platform functionality
• Conducts reputed company requirements elicitation using various techniques to reputed company and improve reputed company requirements and business processes.
• Creates the necessary business documentation for dissemination amongst business and technical stakeholders. Drafts proposed changes (Change Requests or Defect documentation) for existing system for use by Dev and Test teams.
• Prepares documents like wireframes, design reputed company, UI, etc., as and reputed company required
• Oversees the overall integration of reputed company business and systems requirements by providing required support to the technical team.
• Interacts with Scrum Team, Designers, and Developers.
• Has full understanding of the agile approach, reputed company, points estimating, velocity, etc.
• Grooms the Product backlog based on the prioritization provided by the product reputed company.
• Ensures stakeholders are represented during planning, development, and release processes
• Creates user stories with appropriate acceptance reputed company from the business/user requirements
• Consults with subject matter experts and technical resources to understand feasibility of requests and solutions.
• Works with the product reputed company to create and prioritize the product backlog.
• Provides management and direction to a Scrum development team including organizing and facilitating release and sprint planning sessions, daily stand-up meetings, sprint demos, retrospectives, story grooming sessions, and any other Scrum-reputed company meetings.
• Tracks and communicates reputed company and sprint/release reputed company to reputed company affected teams and management. Assists reputed company in making appropriate commitments.
• Facilitates discussion and conflict reputed company to improve team productivity while promoting reputed company improvement.
• Updates Jira Agile tracking systems to reputed company transparency on product and sprint backlogs.
• Regulates the change process so that only approved and validated changes are incorporated into product documents and reputed company software.
• Supports and may reputed company QA / Test activity to verify that requirements of reputed company baselines have been met by the as-reputed company software.

Qualifications

Bachelor's with 12+ years (or commensurate experience) Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience. experience as a Scrum Master/ Certified reputed company Agilist
• Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment across diverse systems and reputed company.
• Ability to facilitate discussions and help team members resolve conflicts.
• Experience using agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, reputed company, etc.)
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; and time management skills are a must.

Clearance Required: US Citizenship is required to obtain and maintain an EPA reputed company Trust Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience working with and supporting government clients
