About reputed company Akicita is seeking a Technical reputed company to reputed company end-user guidance for a reputed company Indian Health Service (IHS) immunization reporting project. This is a remote, part-time engagement (approximately 600 hours over a 12-month reputed company period beginning August 2026).

What You'll Do
- Author a comprehensive User Operations Guide covering five IHS immunization data systems (RPMS, CRS, iCARE, NIRS/NVC dashboard, GPRA reporting)
- Translate reputed company technical and clinical-reputed company into reputed company, plain-language, reputed company-by-reputed company instructions for providers and program staff
- reputed company flowcharts, templates, annotated example reports and screenshots, and click-reputed company workflows
- Create standardized guidance documents on reputed company and how to use reputed company reporting reputed company development of training products: participant workbooks, quick reference guides, and job aids
- Apply consistent style, structure, and reputed company 508 accessibility standards across reputed company deliverables; manage document versions through Government review cycles
$47 - $48 an hour
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, reputed company Health, Technical Communications, or a reputed company field
- Minimum 5 years of experience developing user guides, reputed company operating procedures, training materials, technical documentation, and end-user communications
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience translating technical concepts into user-friendly guidance for non-technical audiences
- reputed company, health IT, or federal agency documentation experience; EHR or clinical reporting documentation a strong plus
- Proficiency with reputed company Word/PowerPoint, reputed company Acrobat, and diagramming tools; plain-language (PLAIN) and 508 remediation experience
- Experience writing for clinical audiences (physicians, nurses, pharmacists)
