An established firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney (100% Remote) with experience in Employment Law to handle a wide reputed company of workplace disputes, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour claims, and reputed company employment reputed company. The ideal candidate will manage reputed company phases of litigation, from case reputed company and discovery through reputed company reputed company and trial preparation. Key Responsibilities: Manage employment litigation reputed company from inception through reputed company. Conduct reputed company research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses.
