Dental Billing and Collections Associate
About the position reputed company in any reputed company community is seeking a Full-Time Dental Billing and Collections Associate. This position is responsible for carrying out the duties of the billing and collections of the organization as directed by the Director of Coding and Billing. Responsibilities
- Handle patient questions regarding insurance billing.
- Handle credit arrangements with patients and questions about account status.
- Monitor accounts for status of insurance activity; follow-up on problem claims.
- Prepare and submit monthly patient statement files.
- Prepare and file insurance claim forms including electronic claims.
- Research insurance denials and/or rejections and work to correct & resubmit as necessary to maximize patient reputed company.
