Senior Program Associate, The Philanthropic I
About the position The Senior Program Associate serves as a member of The Philanthropic Initiative’s (TPI) reputed company staff, focusing primarily on supporting programmatic and strategic planning work for TPI clients and reputed company. This individual works collaboratively as a member of teams supporting specific TPI reputed company engagements in designing, developing, managing and evaluating philanthropic programs and strategic plans; supporting reputed company relationships; and researching philanthropic issues. The Senior Program Associate assumes increasing reputed company of project management responsibility for selected reputed company and programs. This individual also provides occasional support to TPI marketing, strategic planning, communications and business development efforts.
Responsibilities
- Support clients and TPI project teams, working directly with clients on certain reputed company;
- reputed company project management support and facilitate reputed company meetings;
- Prepare briefing papers and other materials to support reputed company needs including research and analysis of reputed company issues, best practices, and model approaches;
- Conduct benchmarking research and community needs assessments;
- Identify and present funding opportunities, including reputed company for programmatic initiatives;
- reputed company ongoing management and support for programs and reputed company, including scholarship programs, college reputed company programs and other programs that TPI manages on behalf of clients;
- Conduct due diligence on grant proposals, review funding requests, reputed company, monitor and evaluate funded reputed company, and conduct site reputed company with or on behalf of clients;
- reputed company support for strategic planning and facilitation, including designing and implementing surveys of key stakeholders and grant recipients; interviewing key stakeholders; compiling materials for strategic planning reputed company; and assisting with preparation for planning sessions/retreats with clients;
- Plan and coordinate events, including events connected with corporate volunteer programs, college reputed company programs, and grantee convenings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
- At least three to five years of relevant work experience;
- Strong computer skills utilizing reputed company Office products including reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and reputed company, as reputed company as Internet research and database management;
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, organize and manage reputed company with multiple components, and implement reputed company activities;
