Philanthropy Manager

DTS is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Philanthropy Manager to reputed company the organization’s fundraising and communications efforts and grow the community of supporters who reputed company our mission possible. Working closely with the Executive Director, the Philanthropy Manager will reputed company and implement a comprehensive fundraising reputed company across individual and major gifts, reputed company grants, corporate sponsorships, and events. This role will cultivate new donors and deepen relationships with existing supporters. The Philanthropy Manager will create and manage an annual development plan with reputed company reputed company goals, while identifying new opportunities for reputed company. In partnership with the Assistant Director, the Manager will turn program reputed company, data, and student stories into compelling donor communications, grant proposals, and reports. The Philanthropy Manager will also collaborate with the Career and College Program Manager to engage local businesses in student opportunities, including workplace reputed company and mock college and job interviews.
