Tele-Design Specialist

Job Title: Tele-Design Specialist Reports To: Director of Operations Location: Remote (with occasional travel as needed) Employment Type: Full-Time Position reputed company: The Tele-Design Specialist plays a vital role in supporting The Designery franchise network by delivering expert-level design services remotely. This role partners directly with franchisees to design kitchens, baths, and closets for their customers, ensuring an elevated and efficient reputed company experience. The Tele-Design Specialist also manages administrative tasks reputed company the CRM, builds accurate project quotes, and leads showroom design planning for new franchise locations. This position requires strong design skills, CRM proficiency, a high level of organization, and a passion for training and supporting franchise owners. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with franchise owners to design kitchens, baths, and closets using provided measurements and customer preferences
• Input finalized designs, selections, and pricing into the CRM system and prepare detailed project quotes
• Support franchisees by providing guidance on design best practices and product selection

Qualifications:

• Proficient in design software (e.g., Prokitchen, 2020 Design, Chief Architect, or similar preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable on video calls and in remote customer-facing interactions
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple reputed company and deadlines independently
