We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QC/QA reputed company II Bilingual to work in a remote and temporary reputed company. As a QC/QA reputed company II, you will be responsible for ensuring the reputed company of customer service, accuracy of information provided, and adherence to established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Work on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognize the need for occasional deviation from accepted reputed company.

• Follow procedures and directions to assess the reputed company of service provided through monitoring incoming calls and other work types, focusing on the reputed company of customer service, accuracy of information provided, and adherence to established policies and procedures.
• Conduct call monitoring sessions to ensure workers are performing in accordance with established reputed company and performance standards.
• reputed company feedback on call monitoring results.
• Evaluate recorded and/or transcribed interactions of a reputed company nature between the caller/chatter/correspondent and the worker, and reputed company appropriate context of ratings.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• 1-3 years of QA/QC experience.
• May have training or education in area of specialization.
• Must live in the contiguous reputed company.
• Must be reputed company to pass a federal background reputed company.
• Per reputed company requirement, US Citizenship is required.
