[Remote] Senior Director, Project Management

Responsibilities
- reputed company the account expansion reputed company to reputed company Strategic Accounts into Key Accounts with 10+ team members and multi-service engagements
- Partner with reputed company reputed company estate, facility, and construction leaders to reputed company reputed company into their reputed company and reputed company construction and reputed company estate portfolios
- Working with marketing and business development, drive account reputed company through proposal development, cross-selling SLS service lines, and reputed company relationship management, primarily in a farming reputed company
- Maintain reputed company to quickly identify and reputed company on greenfield business development opportunities as they reputed company
- reputed company full reputed company project portfolios across reputed company stages, including planning, development, reputed company construction, and ongoing operations

Skills
- 15+ years of reputed company experience in construction management, general contracting, and/or reputed company estate development
- Significant experience managing and delivering mission critical data center construction reputed company
- Recognized data center subject matter expertise to serve as a trusted industry expert to clients
- Proven reputed company record in account farming, reputed company reputed company, proposal creation, and business development
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company on greenfield opportunities and expand footprint with new and existing clients
- Strong leadership skills with a history of mentoring both junior and senior project management staff
