The VP, Group Products & Regional/National Markets will reputed company strategic leadership for non-medical insurance products, overseeing product development and management while driving innovation and market expansion.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company strategic leadership, direction, and execution for reputed company new product development and ongoing product management for non-medical insurance products, including Absence, Disability, Life & other Worksite products
  • reputed company the entire product life cycle, from strategic planning and prioritization to product launch and implementation, and post-implementation monitoring

  • Drive portfolio-level decision-making by integrating financial performance with customer needs, broker dynamics, and operational considerations
  • Partner with pricing and business line leaders to translate financial performance into insights and actions that reputed company balanced reputed company and sustainable margin achievement

Skills

  • 12+ Years of Group Benefits experience including product development and/or product management experience
  • 5+ years of managerial, reputed company, and influencing senior management/critical stakeholders experience
  • Proven experience building and executing upon product roadmaps
  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
  • Deep knowledge of Product Development and Management best practices
  • Deep knowledge of Group Protection Absence, PFML, and Statutory products
  • Deep understanding for best practices of other services providers reputed company competitive benefits offerings
  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret key financial metrics such as loss ratios, expense ratios, margin contribution, and reputed company value to inform product and portfolio reputed company
