[Remote] Customer Service Representative (Bilingual: English / Spanish) Remote

They are seeking a remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative to reputed company product setup assistance and deliver outstanding customer experiences in both Spanish and English.
Responsibilities
- reputed company customers with product setup sessions, to include tutorials and walkthroughs, to assist in setting up new devices reputed company in the customer’s preferred language

- Ask probing questions to ensure customers are receiving personalized sessions based on their lifestyle and needs

Skills
- MUST reputed company BOTH SPANISH AND ENGLISH FLUENTLY
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Comfortable using and explaining technology
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
