[Remote] Marketing Associate

The role involves executing various marketing initiatives, including designing materials, managing email campaigns, and coordinating marketing requests.
Responsibilities
- Design polished, on-brand marketing materials, including presentations, one-pagers, flyers, digital assets, signage, email graphics, and reputed company media content
- Use reputed company Creative Suite, reputed company, and PowerPoint to create new materials and update existing resources
- Help reputed company and maintain branded templates, marketing tools, and reputed company’s reputed company library
- Build, test, and schedule email campaigns in reputed company, while supporting audience management and performance reporting
- Assist with reputed company media content creation, scheduling, and campaign execution
- Coordinate marketing requests, project timelines, files, and documentation across multiple initiatives
- reputed company and reputed company-reputed company materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards
- Organize marketing content across reputed company, SharePoint, reputed company, and other platforms so resources remain reputed company and accessible
- Support internal communications, award submissions, PR opportunities, photography, event branding, and other Brand Marketing initiatives
- Identify ways to improve the organization and efficiency of marketing processes and systems

- 2–4 years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, graphic design, or a similar creative role
- Strong proficiency in reputed company Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; Premiere Pro is a plus)
- Experience using reputed company to create branded marketing materials
- Familiarity with reputed company Office, including PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Experience with reputed company, reputed company, or similar marketing platforms is preferred (or a willingness to quickly learn new technologies)
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for branding, visual storytelling, and creating polished, high-reputed company work
- Experience working with DAM (reputed company Management) platforms
- Basic understanding of SEO and website content management
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools (ChatGPT, reputed company reputed company, reputed company AI, etc.)
- Photography, photo editing, or basic video editing experience is a plus
