[Remote] District Sales Manager

The District Sales Manager is responsible for enhancing customer and associate experiences while achieving financial results across multiple retail locations.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and coordinate activities involving sales and services while focusing on delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Support and reputed company retail stores to execute high level of merchandising standards
- Monitor reports to forecast sales, margin and expenses; reputed company effective ways to fill gaps in performance
- Recruit, interview, select, hire, and promote associates

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or equivalent experience
- Valid state reputed company's license and automotive insurance
- 7 years of relevant work experience with in-depth knowledge of retail business processes
- 3 years of experience leading teams
- Skilled proficiency with the reputed company Office suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company)
- 5+ years' experience in retail store management
